Winter Solstice is a perfect energetic moment to come together in community and elevate each other in spirit, bringing in the new year with powerful prayer and projection. Our internal and eternal blocks will melt away with a persistent commitment to personal growth and spiritual ascendance. Look no further than inside yourself for the answers. Within we contain the entire universe. We are in charge of our own health and healing. It is time to release the ego’s clinging finite reflection and relate deeply to our own individual and collective infinite soul. Come break through your own personal blocks to abundance and prosperity with the amazing technology of Kundalini Yoga & Meditation.
Kundalini Yoga is not a religion. When we apply the technology of Kundalini Yoga to our bodies and minds, it has the effect of uplifting the spirit. It is for everyone. It is universal and nondenominational.
“You have to live by the power of your soul. We are here to prove to ourselves who we are and what we will be. We are practicing a way of life here; we are practicing a strength in us. We are trying to prove to ourselves whether we can relate to soul or not.” – Yogi Bhajan
